I made Gayle's pineapple cake in a sheet pan and topped the squares with Peeps.

I added some orange jello to the cake batter for more orange color/flavor and iced with plain white icing. Too cute. Even the Peep haters liked it. I just felt sorry for all those little Peeps on the store shelves that were being ignored. Had to buy some and make something.
