because it was staring at me from the freezer. My cousin sent us the Bobak's sausage when she sent back the insulated fish box from Chicago. filled with a variety of frozen Bobak sausage and a big bag of Garrett's popcorn, cheese and caramel. OMG is that popcorn good---and gone. the Wedding Kielbasa must be available only in the stores. I don't see it on their online list.http://bobak.com/

Just happen to have a pork butt in a stock pot for carnitas. Will serve with...
...the standard albondigas soup made from the carnitas broth, and all the burrito fixin's needed to finish it off.
I have some mexican rice in the freezer, so I'll get that going on the side too.

All above looks so good. I haven't shopped for awhile and it took some thinking but having Spinach
and Ham Souffle, sautéed carrots, lima beans and coleslaw. Carrots, limas and the ham in soufflé are all from freezer. Dh went to a homeowners meeting and dinner will probably be later than usual, which is usually late enough. Now I'm hungry for carnitas, beef stew and sauerkraut!
