what's your favorite brand of poultry shears (condidering price)?

I don't know about the brand rick...

but on an Alton Brown episode, the one thing he specified as being important was that they would come apart into two pieces so that you could wash them properly. I had a pair like them, but they didn't seem to make the move here. I have some one-piece shears and I do not like them nearly as well as my other two-piece shears.
