Where to buy croissant dough?

I need less than 120 pcs/cs. that Pillsbury sells.

Oliver, are you looking for the laminated flat dough to roll your own…or rolled but unbaked croissants? I’ve never found the former, but have bought the later from Whole Foods

What do you want to do? Maybe puff pastry or phyllo would work.

Trader Joe's sells chocolate croissants to bake off.

I want to make croissants in chocolate and almond for my church. Puff and phyllo is not quite like croissant dough.

Mainly my friend is the baker and she has been making croissants from scratch and I was hoping to save her time and perhaps $$$. I wouldn't mind making them at home but not from scratch.

120 I think is still too many. I think she makes about 10 and sometimes there are a few left over.

Oli, I'd have to say if you have to pay shipping on any dough you may find online it won't be cost effective for what you are describing. Maybe check with local bakeries as I first suggested but even their price may not beat her homemade dough which may not come to a lot in ingredients but does take the labor of love which she is obviously doing for your church. ;o)
