I'm still in Sacramento. We survived serving lunch to 160 ladies...making a giant pan of the most delicious baklava EVER (the honey really does make it)...making 5 batches of fabulous no-bake chocolate peanut butter oat cookies. Honestly, I'm hitting the protein power diet the moment I get home....ugh!

BTW, the No Bake Chocolate PB Oatmeal bars are REEEE-LLLLY good, fast and SO easy...
