Whew! I made four loaves of bread & Nancy Silverton's Panforte today.

The bread is going to work tomorrow for presents for coworkers, along with a jar of homemade jam. Christmas lunch already...

This panforte is so lovely. Kind of a cross between fruitcake without the stuff I don't like and a confection. Lots easier than fruitcake too.
