While we're on the subject of corn...question about organic corn...

Not much demand? I mean. . .

Out here I don't see corn on the cob commonly a whole lot, even in the freezer cases. If you find some at a farmer's marked, you can blanch and freeze yourself. . .

 
We've got tons of cob corn in every store...just not organic. I should try the farmers market.
