My cooking classes have become wildy popular - they pretty much fill up with wait lists as soon as the new schedule comes out. It's quite humbling.
Since the move to the permanent location at the Farmer's Market, my business has increased 3 fold. The lineup for my scones (still baked in the pre-dawn hours Sat. morning) has reached upwards of 14 in the summer - it's crazy!!!
Because the success of the above, I no longer do catering. I took on a couple of women who were wanting to start their own catering business. They have their own business name (www.cateringwithaconscience.com), rent my kitchen space, & I let them take over my menu. Quitting the catering has made my life (with my 2 youngs boys) a lot more sane.
