whoa, did anyone else feel it? 6.2 earthquake here. I was under the desk too.

I just heard on TV the other day that there are 60+ earthquakes PER DAY in Alaska

about 25,000 per year

I'm pretty sure no. we have lots of earthquakes, like Paul mentions, but not felt like this one

 
Oh how I remember those days! And the teachers really did tell us those things about the

Russians! I am so glad they don't do that anymore.
