WHOA!! What happened here??? Did anyone else have this problem???

As usual, I checked in on line this evening when I got home. All thing normal until looking at about three posts . . . then I got a message something to the tune of "fatal error - cannot connect to database."

My heart just dipped two stories, thinking that FinerKitchens was down and out.

So glad now that things are back to normal. Did anyone else experience this? I don't think it was my connection as I was able to log on to all my other normally bookmarked websites.

Just wondering. Mimi??

 
I have had the same problem this week. Other sites are fine.

I couldn't log in for the longest time. something about server error, but all my other favorites were OK.

 
These things happen to any site, every once in while. Please don't panic. :eek:)

It was down for just a few minutes.

 
That one, Ang, was because of a router outage in the Phoenix area this week...

absolutely COMPLETELY nothing to do with us, it was a problem with Quest. It was basically a problem with Internet infrastructure in Phoenix. Since this server is located in Phoenix, some people had trouble accessing the site, but not everyone. Anyone whose ISP routs them through that particular router had problems. That's totally unrelated to what happened this morning.
