whoever mentioned covering fresh blueberries with chocolate - RIGHT ON!!! They were amazing!

I was going to make some this a.m., but when I looked in the

cupboard, I had everything BUT dark chocolate. Butterscotch, caramel, peanut butter, milk, white, and milk, but no semi-sweet morsels. So nect time I pick some up I'll try them. They sound great! Do you put anything in the chocolate except for the blueberries? Like butter so it's more meltable, like you do with fudge?

You are welcome. Who would have thought something so easy could be so good!

I have thought about adding a little cayenne to it and a sprinkling of sea salt on top. I don't think my crew would appreciate it though.

No, all I did was melt chocolate chips. So stupidly simple. I bought some raspberries

today and plan on doing them for Saturday night too. They should be good.

And I thought I was the only one! With a few rare exceptions, I just don't like the combination.

I can do chunky or raisinettes, but that's about it. those brownies with lemon swirl that were so

popular---my mouth just puckers and goes yuk just thinking about them.
