I'll finally be able to try the stuff you all try. Now if Penzey's would open here - they are in Memphis (why on earth they would chose Memphis over Nashville REALLY puzzles me!) but not here.

Good Luck with T.J's MCM....they bought property here in Redding

got their liquor license, did the ground work and came to a complete halt. I'm wondering if the economy is the cause? The City says they have not applied for a permit. I'm sick!

Our nearest one is over an hour and two mountain grade away. I keep a TJ list and make sure to take it on any trips "the hill" to stock up.
