Xmas plans chged so the get-together was not at our house & so I did not have occasion to try this
yet. I'll definitely post my opinion of the results whenever I come across another opportunity serve these meat balls.
BTW, I may as well share that there will be NO listing of chocolate desserts from me this year as a result of our local Valentine chocolate festival. The organization that has sponsored this fund raiser for the past 30 years has decided to skip holding it in 2016 due to low membership numbers (there are not enough ladies to run this committee along with all the other committees that are a part of the Columbus Service League organization plus their coffers are sound so it made sense for them to abandon it--they say temporarily, but we'll see). I have only run a vendor table at A Taste of Chocolate for the past 12 years about, and I will certainly miss this occasion to try out new chocolate dessert recipes.
