U're very welcome, Marilyn! The Spice House folks assured me that U should have enough to

make 2 cakes using what I measured out & sent. (They were kind enough to give me direction on how many 'corns' (or should that be 'pellets'?) it takes to equate to a teaspoon.) Let me know when you need more. Wigs

 
I did Marilyn. I followed the recipe exactly as I always do the first

time to be true to the recipe. Then I decide if I would change anything. I wouldn't change this recipe at all the next time. Lots of flavor and taste going on.
