Wigs, I so agree with you about the marinated grilled pork chop recipe. Served for dinner last

night and we really enjoyed it. I used two boneless, about 1-1 1/4 inch loin chops. Started marinated from about 10:30 til 7:30, so 9 hours. DH grilled on medium heat for a total of 11 minutes and could have done slightly less, he followed suggestions in a Weber grill book. I agree time in recipe is too long. They were so good, easy to prepare and delicious to eat, can't ask for more than that. Thank you so much for posting the recipe.http://eat.at/swap/forum1/262653_2_recently_Tried_and_now_True_RECs1_Favorite_Grilled_Pork_Chops_&_2_Potat

Curious1, I'm really glad you and your DH enjoyed the marinated pork chop REC I ran across in

Country Woman magazine. We really like it, too--so much flavor and so juicy. I've used it w/ boneless as well as bone-in, and the pork turned out well either way. I stand "at the ready" with my handy dandy Thermapen and take the meat off the fire as soon as it hits 140 to 145 degrees. Perfection!! Thanks for letting me know you tried this recipe.
