It really is a unique dish. It was enjoyed by all. I think next time I make it, I would add some red pepper flakes to give it a kick. I thought of including some bacon or prosciutto, but it would not work for some of the guests. It is a very good, forgiving and unique recipe. I served it hot with lots of cheese. It just tasted of spring with the lemon, scallions and peas!!
