Will raisins soaked in white balsamic vinegar for 7 weeks hurt anyone? I am making this kale salad

for family Wednesday. I previously made it for a crowd October 5th. I just found about 1-1/2 cups of leftover raisins soaking in vinegar from that event in the back of my fridge. I tasted a few and I am here to tell about it. Raisins and balsamic vinegar are expensive, and I hate waste in general.

This is for my sister's spaghetti dinner the night before Thanksgiving. Lots of relatives are flying in. I like my family a lot and I don't want to kill any of them, not even subconsciously.

Dried fruit and vinegar seem safe to me, but the combination? Any danger here?

Thanks, the salad was a hit, especially among the vegans. They were all still alive at breakfast.

I'm a little slow. I promise that if we have kale salad, the raisins will be new.

Sounds good cheezz. I can receive PM's but can't send them. Could you PM me your email?
