With all the ginger recipes being posted have you seen the notice of recall?

So, why don't they test these shipments at the port, before sending them to the stores?

Wouldn't that be infinitely easier to test the whole shipment when it's all in one place, rather than test the items after they reach the stores. Just doesn't make sense.
