Wonderful Blog - "Kitchen Unplugged,"

It's wonderful!

Although I did have trouble finding recipes. Could you help me find the recipe for mini naan?

Thanks,
Deb

I'm still confused...

I see the bread - but not the recipe itself? What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Gay, for your help!

Deb

deb-in-MI - You must click on "Mahanandi," in the text as it is that recipe that is used and...<

further down in the text she explains how to make the mini nan. On my computer Mahanandi is in red ink. I hope this helps. Please let me know? and if you can't access it I will type the recipe here for you.

Better Still I am going to link it for you.

Ahhh! Suddenly the lights are turned on!

I didn't notice/realize that 'Mathanandi' was the name of the recipe - or that it was clickable. THANK YOU for pointing it out for me - and for the direct link to it. I truly appreciate your guidance (literally:).

As an aside - my husband and I were in Toronto last Sunday to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday. We stayed w/ a girlfriend and at her home she had some PC (President's Choice)Naan. Although not as good as fresh...it was pretty good (although a bit on the sweet side - I didn't get that). Sure wish I could find a source for naan around where I live (that I could buy and keep on hand for when needed).

Last night I made CI's 'Chicken Tikki Masala' - thought it was very good. Only thing was we prefer our Indian food spicier - so we ended up adding more spices to the finished dish.

Thanks again,
Debra
