I didn't add the avocado, egg etc. on top - it was too pretty to hide. It was the most refreshing soup for a hot evening and gobbled up immediately. Also Baby spinach salad with dates and

almonds from Yotam Ottolenghi's book Jerusalem, and farinata which I made from a Mark Bitteman recipe.

My son added his unbelievable fresh ravioli which he filled this time with leftover spinach and artichoke dip and served with

tomato sauce.

What a beautiful and tasty and healthy totally impromptu meal.

If anyone wants any recipes - just let me know.
