Gay (or anyone)- can you tell me how to copy one or two of these recipes without

printing out the entire brochure?

Welcome to the lousy world of Adobe Acrobat. You can't copy and paste as in normal programs. However

you can print by page. If you look on the bottom of the window, it will tell you what page you're on as you scroll down. Go to FILE, then PRINT, then "Print Range," and you can set up which pages, you want. For example, Page 1-3 or 1-1 or 2-4, or 2-2, etc.

If you click on the "select" icon, the mouse symbol changes from a hand to an arrow or

something that looks like an I. You can then select, copy, and paste into a Word document.
