Wondering how to make friends?

I work at a resort. It is nearly empty so there is only a skeleton staff right now. A few days ago I thought I would take something fun into my office. I've been working from home as most of my colleagues except my boss have but I like to pop in once in a while with treats. That day I made something outrageous- thick cut bacon-wrapped onion rings on the grill. I made about two dozen. Crispy, yummy, bacon rings.

The word spread quickly and even with social distancing there were elbows out to get to them. I didn't have a stopwatch but if I did it would have shown about 15 seconds of grabbing before the plate was empty. I nearly got swept off my feet smileys/smile.gif I made some very good friends that day.

OK for the record...

first time ever using "OMG" however my initial 100% genuine reaction to seeing the pictures was "H S !" (in a good way) but I figured that was not appropriate so used the OMG... smileys/wink.gif
