Tenderloin. I think I'll get some Boones Farm Apple Wine, and shoot it through the meat.

I was wondering if I should make the pork marinade with wine and brown sugar, then make some horseradish sauce for the pork tenderloin.

Are we EVER gonna be stuffed as fat as a blimp! I'm SOOOO excited!

No horseradish, It's WASABI sauce.

I'm trying something new, wasabi in some cream based thing, maybe mayo because the potato casserole is rich in sour cream. So I'm thinking wasabi, a little honey, and mayo w cream cheese. I am going to gain 10 lbs this evening!

"Boones Farm Apple Wine".... Oh my Kendall, you're taking me back in time and making me LOL!!

By the way, I couldn't find wasabi powder to make a simple wasabi sauce from scratch down in FL but I found a mayo-type container of wasabi sauce at Publix that was so good with a couple of ahi tuna steaks for Dad and I recently. I just love wasabi sauce!

Boone's Farm Strawberry Wine & Mataeus Rose. There was one other

really cheap wine almost like Welch's grape juice and it's what my Grandmother Clinton always wanted for Christmas but I can't remember it to save my soul.

I think it was Mogen David Concord Grape, and I have fond memories of Mateus, on picnics in NYC

in Central Park, on our lunch hour, with some bread and cheese. Those were the days, when we could split a bottle of wine at lunch, and go back to the office not feeling guilty.

Oh yes, during a really bad move in the seventies, dh took me out to an neighborhood Italian place

every night for a couple of weeks and plied me with lambrusco with dinner. My tastes have definitely changed.
