Held this year from 27 June to 1 July at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, the World Pastry Forum brings industry innovators together under one roof and offers access to trends and techniques through a series of classes. Students will attend a total of 10 classes over five days.

 
With it right here I wanted to go but have you seen the prices????

I want to go but not at that cost. If anyone comes, I have a spare room - would love to have or meet any of you when you come to town.

i'm still dreaming of taking that cooking class trip my DH wants me to take. altho

I'm really leaning towards a trip to France(yes I'm serious) next May to take David Lebovitz's chocolate and market tour and the cooking class at Rue Le Tatin(something like that spelling anyway). I'm on their waiting list, but still dreaming.

 
I am not a sweet eater.(Although, I do consider myself a sweet person!)...That would be very cool!!
