I know I made this in the past 8 weeks or so, but I can't find the recipe for an orange cake with chocolate chips. I thought it was an Ina recipe, but neither orange cake, chocolate chips, or Ina search gets me back to the recipe. I made this as mini-cupcakes. It was very good, and it had an orange/sugar syprup poured on.

Both recipes were identical . . . made the cupcakes without the chocolate chips.
