the Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Pears & Dried Apricots and it is absolutely delicious! The seasoning and the apricots and pears with the meat just are perfect. Plus it totally fits my way of making a meal. Most everything can be done in the morning and just reheated when the meat is cooked and that works really well for me. I just served it with little red potatoes and a green salad. What did you do?
