crazy baking project - now I'm trying to make a quick dessert but am not sure how to make a smaller amt. Does anyone know how much dry pudding is in a small box???? 2 cups milk to ????

Hi Sue,

I have a box of Cook and Serve Vanilla Pudding in front of me, it weighs 3 oz and requires 2 cups of milk. I also have a box of Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding which weighs 1.4 oz and requires 2 cups of milk. I don't have any regular instant pudding, so I can't help you there. I am guessing it would be close to the cook and serve pudding ratios. Good luck!

 
Thanks Dawn! I measured out the 3 oz's. and used 2 cups of milk.

It was pretty thick, but hidden between some cream puffs with lots of chocolate sauce, my DH didn't mind!
