Yikes, I lost a recipe that is a family fave and one I got from one of our police department

It has Romaine Lettuce (I know about the recall, this lettuce I got today is coming out of Watsonville, CA) large, shrimp, celery, and the dressing has creamed horseradish, fresh lemon juice and one more ingredient I cannot recall. I do not use mayo based salad dressings, so my only thought is that it must be sour cream. Any one have a recipe like this or maybe knows what that ingredient I cannot recall might be?

Crazy how something so little and unimportant can drive me nuts. Our son and I are not crazy about mayo based salad dressings but I recall him really loving this salad as I do, cause the shrimp and horseradish are stars. I did not substitute mayo, but I know I only used just enough to give the dressing body.

 
Our local Raleys store sent messages out to their customers that they also had Romaine that was not

included in the recall. AZ is now on the list as is Salinas Valley.

 
Hi Karen, can you tell more about the Arizona info? I only see Salinas, and I am

being ultra careful because I am still buying romaine for my guinea pigs, it is part of their daily diet.
