We received a lovely note of thanks today from a GySgt in Iraq. He was very appreciative of our "organization" and the packages received by all. It made all the efforts very worth while. Makes my heart feel good!

Here's hoping that more notes are soon to arrive....

 
Barb, Larry and I received a lovely note from Sgt "Robb" yesterday too. The Marines

are lucky to have him looking out for them.

(I got that squishy feeling in my heart too.)

 
Michael, mine was a card. I'm not sure if Sgt. Robb is writing to the folks who's

packages went to his men or to everyone that was on the OCD list.

I have yet to hear a single word from the other sergeant and he had the majority of the men/women and boxes.

 
Thanks Marilyn. I am out of town for the holidays and won't get my mail...

...until the first week of January.

Something to look forward to, for sure!

Hi Michael, we received our note thru the post office. Instead of a stamp there is a hand written..

"free mail". I am sure there will be more notes arriving soon!
