youza is it good! I sautéed sliced leeks in butter to start but next time I'll use bacon fat. After it was made and we tasted for seasoning it seemed like it needed a little somethin, somethin but I just didn't know what. I googled it and found so many recipes just the same as yours and it seemed like bacon, cheese, green onions and sour cream where key to it so that is what we did. I swear John was saying WOW about every 30 seconds! I have no idea why I've never been aware of this soup but I'm sure glad I know now.
