You're welcome, Melissa. I found another one in my files from Fine Cooking- it uses both heavy cream

and butter in the filling. It's a more involved recipe, ie, uses homemade ladyfingers, a sauce, etc., but you could probably just make the filling. It's called Toasted Hazelnut Chocolate Marquise. Will post if you're interested.

Thanks Meryl. Don't these look good? I just had to buy another at WF (for research purposes only

of course) yesterday. The ones at Whole Foods have cream in them also. Guess I'm going to have to experiment a little.
