You've got to check Chef Michael's Chicken Mole Lasagna

She clearly is an anchor that appears to ooh and aahh....

dh and I always get a kick out of some of the silly questions that anchors ask the chefs... ie "if I were making this at home, can I substitute salt for the sugar..." OK, not that drastic, but you get the idea.... That being said, there are some anchors that really do know cooking...And appear to get into it, when they are with a chef...insightful questions, good commentary.

Funny, cause where we live mole is not a common entree. So, I was watching to learn...THEN, I got squimish. Loved the salad!!
