quasi Whole Foods/Fresh Market/Trader Joe wannabe that recently opened near work.

I could eat this stuff all by itself. Would make a wonderful topping for cheesecake when thinned with a complimentary liquor. Oh, or thumbprints? Rugelach with slivered almonds??

And...look...I even get a nice dose of anthocyanin.

If you can part with a small amount, make a shrub syrup

to capture the flavor by mixing vinegar into the jam, refrigerate (or keep in the cupboard) for several weeks mixing/swirling daily, then strain well. Use the resulting syrup to flavor soda, tea, cocktails. Colleen
