I still haven't eaten the 11 leftover frozen pork & ginger ones I made for Christmas. I must eat them before trying the shrimp dumplings in this menu that can certainly be turned into potstickers. I would keep the majority of the shrimp mix in the fridge and just take out a small bowl to form because they are time consuming.

I found my first attempt at dumpling-making very relaxing.

Oh beauteous dumplings!

Hopefully I will be eating many of these tomorrow. I am going to my Chinese friends from Shanghai and Guangzhou's New Year's party tomorrow. All of their Chinese friends are coming and it's a potluck (I'm taking my ubiquitous NYC-style Sichuan Cold Sesame Noodles)! There will be so many wonderful celebratory dishes and foods to try and sample.

Oh barb, that looks like a fantastic way to use my dumplings! No fuss making the dipping sauce and

cooking. Thanks so much for this barb. I must try it. Now I'm even more inspired to make huge batches of dumplings for potstickers AND soup!

Glad you liked the link. Thought of you immediately when I saw it. I am impressed that you

made dumplings. dh LOVES dumplings. I have gone to the Asian market many times w/ the best of intentions to make my own, and I always come up with an excuse on why I never made them. End up throwing out the wrappers.

I am sure the taste of yours was amazing!
