The podcast led me to this link for further investigation.
Ironically, my girlfriend in PA is leaving for a three-week trip to Italy and Denmark with her Danish Mom on Saturday to visit her daughter in Italy who is an exchange student there, and then on to Denmark to visit relatives.
I had no idea of the new dairy technology that went into Lurpak butter that is my favorite. I gave my girlfriend's Mom a pack of Lurpak butter a few years back and she was so thankful (she didn't realize she could get it in PA).
I just hope that the new high-tech dairy practices are environmentally sound. I can't find anything to dispute same so far after googling.
