Lidia's chocolate chip cookies are an easy Italian spin on the classic - Salon.com
A secret ingredient makes these unlike any chocolate chip cookie you've ever had
They are delicious and I must say I think I have tried every Ricotta Cookie Recipe I could find and this one is by far the best.....they were loved by all. Congratulations on Cherry being repaired I am sure you cannot wait to use her....These sound yummy!
Hard to find good repair technicians today.....you are very lucky to have one close byThanks! I’m excited, but I must try to not let the first born ka get jealous. She’s a brushed nickel model, so special too. However, now I know where to get her lock knob replaced. He also fixed my 1970s Kmart all metal box fan I was going to toss. Very happy to save that from the landfill. It’s a better fan than the three I replaced it with.
I interpreted the secret ingredient in the "chocolate chip cookie" as being the RicottaOkay...I have a guest coming who loves ricotta, but I've read through the recipe and am confused on the SECRET ingredient?
Polly-O Ricotta Recipeooh...I see. She started with a CCC recipe and deviated from there. Got it now.
And I would love the Polly-O recipe. Sandy recently shared her lemon ricotta pancakes and I've been making those (BEST addition is using Trader Joe's dried wild blueberries rather than fresh/frozen/freeze dried.

Looks beautiful.....enjoy you friend and have wonderful excursionsThank you, Gay! Once upon a time I had a 3 lb container of Galbani ricotta that I froze in portions so I would always have it available.
It did not work. Once thawed, it was gritty…and not in a good way.
I’ve got plans for the first few days she’s here, but then we’ll be hanging around home. This sounds like a good project.
(Biltmore and Dupont Forest are two of my plans)
