I usually make links with rabe.(grilled, then sliced, mixed with sautéed broccoli rabe garlic and red pepper flakes) DH had asked for vegetable sausage at the farmer's market (he meant links) and the gal gave him ground, he didn't notice, so I was looking for a way to use it up. This was a perfect option. smileys/smile.gif

 
Yes, me. I made it right after Traca posted. Not sure if I said it but

Oops! Fixed. I hope you try it Michael. Super delicious. It changes a lot

based on the type of vinegar you use. 1st time I had it, the host used all white vinegar. I ended up with a mix of about 50/50 sherry and white vinegar. I liked a bit of acidic pucker from the white vinegar but the flavor of the sherry. Mixing the two worked like a charm!
