3 birthday cakes coming up... one for my 5 yr. old grandson- am doing

great idea about seperating layers with foil covered cardboard. I am now leaning towards the guitar
and the idea of putting the pics on the neck. Or
not doing pics.
The tier is a bit daunting.
As soon as passover is over I will start baking
for the first party--the letter cake and then
I will move on. His birthday is June 1 and the party is June 7th. OH NO! That probably means I have to make 2 cakes for him!! LOL.

When I made my 9 layer, I used wooden skewers buried in the cake but I had irridescent sprinkes on
cake and marked where the skewers were with a little design known only to me -- then I could cut around and remove the skewer after cutting and plating. Maybe I will bring a tweezer. Half of the fun is figuring it all out.
