A goodie from the Frugal Gourmet: Pasta With Three Meats and Peas

I'm going to. I was planning on making them a couple of days ago but

life got in the way. And I thought I was going to make them today but the Dermatoligist got in the way. I just feel discombutelated! ~~whine~~ but I will.

 
enjoy! they smell so lovely---hint of orange, not too strong.

and I used sliced almonds because it's what I had on hand.

 
Done! Ready for T&T without a doubt. Talk about easy! I had a little bit

of trouble slicing them so thin but using a hot knife fixed that. I only had light brown sugar but the taste was fantastic and I can only imagine what it would be with the dark. Great with coffee this morning. Thanks for sharing Richard.
