Advice needed to purchase double boiler for melting chocolate. After much googling,

Chocolate & Chocolate coated (using PB melts), chocolate covered marshmallows

I bought some Wilton orange (vanilla flavored) melts at Walmart for $2.50 (14 oz. bag), Kraft marshmallows, and some autumn-colored jimmies tonight. I can get bulk chunked chocolate from a bulk store nearby for only $6.99/lb. but might use melts entirely and buy in bulk from Mercken's, NY.

Guess I'll need a glass thermometer too for about four bucks.

Thanks for your advice Pat. You've saved me some $$! Drats, title should read "- - - coated pretzels" & marshmallows
