This give me an idea! I have a cast iron skillet with ridges for grilling. It never occured to me

that I could use it for grilling panini with a weight. I'd get grill marks AND save counter space. Thanks aajay!

(I don't think it would work for mamograms, though).

 
*LMAO* As for the counter space, I have learned a lesson:

The more counter space you have, the more mess your counter space attracts. I could probably have counter space from here to Paris and I still would only have two feet of free space for my cooking smileys/bigsmile.gif

 
Love my cast iron grill pan!!! Am sure you have put it under the broiler and get it hot, cook fish

steak or ??, both sides at once. Sort of like a GF Grill, again not taking up the counter space!!
