Will this qualify as a pie? My favorite Collard Green Quiche, I can vouch for how good it is!.

If you don't have collards, any other greens will probably do (hmmm...mustard, kale, turnip, spinach?)

Oops! What are "impossible" pies? Sorry if I led you astray with my suggestion.

link to the Bisquick site recipes. they call them "Impossibly Easy" pies now. they used to be

mixed up in the blender, then poured over chunky ingredients in a pie plate and baked. the ingredients kind of settle and make a crust and then an eggy top, like a quiche.

Any type of casserole made with a Bisquick-type topping - kind of like upside-down quiche!
