Sandi, I use a large bag, but the sanitizing is easy... Make a bleach solution inside the cooler and
then after you swish it around the inside of the cooler, be sure to run some of the solution out through the spigot. This wil sanitize the entire cooler. (I learned the technique from my old home-brewing days.)
