Any suggestion for foods for upset stomach during pregnancy?

I always carried little packets of saltine crackers in my purse.

The smell of cooking used to set me off -- the soup would be great as you can microwave it without creating lovely cooking smells.

I had very little nausea, but animal crackers helped, as did nibbling on crystalized ginger.

I couldn't eat beef for the first couple of months, either. Mom kept making me pot roast and it made me so ill. I think I'd be okay with it now.

Cream of wheat was good (and rice krispies), and I ate a ton of bananas, strawberries, and watermelon.

I think as long as she's taking a prenatal vitamin, she should be fine.
