Anybody have a great dessert recipe for Thanksgiving? Believe

a nice light dessert for the holidays is the chocolate ice box dessert made with Famous choc wafers

and sweetened whipped cream. We always loved that easy dessert and those not familiar with it never believed how easy it was and that we didn't do some baking.

 
I have never done the pastry brush thing in any of the caramel I have made

over the last 39 years. But then, I am very careful to wash the sides of the pan down with a silicone spatula while it is boiling.

Now I probably won't be able to turn out a decent batch! ha

 
May not be necessary, but it gives you something to do while watching, and it's fun when it sizzles.
