gayle-mo Well-known member May 25, 2009 #24 I learned this tip from my Japanese girlfriend years ago. HELPS A LOT. I do use short grained rice for Oriental stuff and Long Grain for Mexican Rice dishes. Any Jasmine because I LOVE IT! lol I also have a rice cooker that is 30 years old. Works great!
