Anyone a subscriber to Every Day with Rachel Ray?

It's so short-sighted of probably inexperienced staff to rock the boat when a merger is in the

offing. So often, companies underestimate the power of irritated customers, especially in these days of twitter and googles.

this will be interesting to follow.

 
Your billing should plainly state how many 'issues' you are to receive - if they short you one,

then it is a breach of contract. I bet if you point this out to them, they will extend your subscription by a month. There is no way they can do this legally! How unethical of them... shame!

Gourmet's readership had never been larger or their magazine sales better. It was the fact that their advertisers were largely luxury providers--travel, hospitality, etc.--and the magazine was suddenly upside down with the recession. Such a shame.
