ANyone else considering cerloxing their dilapitated recipe books? I've always said that

Do you mean "Sole Bonne Femme?" Believe it or not, that's one I haven't gotten to.

 
No, though it is very similar - the one I use is for veal, page 208 ---

Funny, though, the Sole Bonne Femme appears across from the very first thing I made from this book, which is the Piperade on pg 90. The bottom of the page is still folded over.

I truly taught myself how to cook from this book.....cuz who needs a recipe for Piperade?

I've never cooked veal, but I bet this treatment would be nice with pork or chicken.

This was my cooking course too. I can't count the number of people I've given it to as a gift.
