Anyone have a favorite pannini recipe they want to share?

Luisa's right.....I was born and spent most of my life in Montreal, Quebec. Can't help but know some

French. And, the teacher in me wants to see it spelled correctly. Sigh!

 
All of these sound wonderful. Thanks for posting them all. We'll be eating

panini (Panino?) more often now. With some homemade soup it's an easy meal.
