Anyone have a Kyocera Ceramic Slicer?

I have the Kyocera ceramic peeler, it's really good and

I liked it better than the Messermeister. I peeled oranges to make candied peel and I didn't have to remove any pith--the peeler was that close!!

I have that one and I love it. Only drawback is

it's not adjustable. And of course it doesn't have different blades. For that you have to pay about $100 more for a "proper" mandoline.

I'd had my eye on a classic metal model, but then I visited a chef in Italy and she managed perfectly well with a hardware-store ceramic slicer, so that's what I bought instead.

I bought this so I wouldn't have to lug out the big metal mandolin and then take apart and wash it.n
